What to expect at the Initial Consult

When booking your appointment, you will be sent an client intake form to fill out and send back prior to the consult. The consult usually lasts an hour where I will take a full medical history, ask about current health concerns/conditions and discuss each body system to assist with finding potential underlying causes/triggers. Lifestyle and nutrition advice will be given and supplementation and or herbal preparations may be prescribed.

Follow- up consults

Follow-up appointments are usually recommended. This is a great opportunity to track progress and make adjustments to treatment protocols and to also keep clients on track to improving health outcomes. Depending on the client, one or more follow-ups may be required. Clients with complex health issues may require ongoing consultations.

The aim is treating the root cause

Doing so may assist with reducing symptoms of disease or healing the body to help prevent disease in the first place. I will give you the tools, but you need to put in the work. There is no better feeling knowing that you have taken the reins in managing your own health!
